Operations Manual

This is just what I was looking for some basic direction on handling paperwork on a job site. There are several different methods to accomplish site management this gives a good general view with emphasis on documentation and contracts. I look forward to studying this further. I was looking for some help in training superintendents this will be an asset in this process.
